Just a few of my favorite picks, Enjoy!

Kentuck Knob Sept 2021

My latest trip was to see a few Frank Lloyd Wright properties in western Pennsylvania. I got to tour Kentuck Knob and Polymath Park. The tours were wonderful and the fall foliage was just beginning to turn color. My parents treated me to the trip for my birthday! They only allow photography on the outside of the house but I can assure you the insides are even more amazing than the outside. The level of care and detail put into every element of the house is so exquisite.

New York City Sept. 2019

This was my first time to visit the World Trade Center. We went to One World Observatory and the 9/11 Memorial. It was an amazing experience from the tranquility of the memorial, to the thrilling views of the Observatory.

A few more pics of the other sights we visited in NYC. A pleasant surprise at the very end of our trip was the "Vessel at Hudson Yards", we never planned to go there but our bus pickup was just a block away.

Our hotel was in Hell's Kitchen, "The French Quarters" and was a great example of French Architecture both inside and out. The bar dated to the late 1800's with some absolutely gorgeous hand carved woodwork.

Japan Feb. 2005

I went to Japan as part of a college class on Japanese Gardens. It was just a 1 week trip, during a winter semester, kind of odd timing for a class about gardens but it was still a really neat trip. We visited Sendi, Osaka, and Tokyo. These are just a few of my favorite pictures. Please excuse the image quality, we had only 7 days including travel and a very full schedule. I had all of 30 seconds to take any picture before moving onto the next site. This trip was just a taste of the amazing sites and culture of Japan, I can't wait to go back!
